Evidence contract
Claim: this reader describes visible page evidence and attribution status only. Source: House Oversight scan pages and linked release records. Limits: OCR, document strings, signatures, handwriting, and photographs do not by themselves verify identity, contribution, intent, relationship, knowledge, or conduct. Silence: absence of a page match is not proof that a person did or did not contribute. Confidence/status: records are labeled verified, probable, open, unresolved, or GAPS. Correction path: use the corrections/source-tip link when a source, attribution, or transcript needs review.
