Separate forensic campaign. GROK 033–094 was not an extension of the U.S. banking runs. It rebuilt telecom evidence from source-native records, audited earlier graph assumptions, corrected attribution, and then forced every candidate story through an adjudication gate.
Start point: rebuild the event layer
GROK 033 recovered an older event graph with 734 nodes and 768 edges, then checked it against native AT&T usage rows. Crucially, the run refused to collapse an old project label, account family, subscriber, and handset user into one identity. For the APEX line family, the financially responsible account could be established while the subscriber and event-level user remained unresolved.

That distinction controls this public collection. Account ownership, billing responsibility, line labeling, subscriber identity, handset user, and a contact event are different propositions. GAH does not publish a private-person attribution merely because an old graph or adjacent document suggested one.
Campaign scale
The recovered campaign summary records 6,423 phone tokens and 17,191 events across the broader telecom reconstruction. Those are run-level inventory counts, not a claim that every token or event is unique, identified, or publication-worthy.

What happened between 033 and 094
- Native AT&T packet and direction reconstruction replaced graph-only assumptions.
- APEX and associated account families were separated from unsupported subscriber/user identities.
- Property and operational lanes — including island, Red Hook, Madison, El Brillo, 71st Street, and Zorro — were tested as distinct source problems rather than one merged phone network.
- Duplicate, timezone, packet-boundary, direction, identity-provenance, and source-completeness controls were added as the campaign matured.
- False associations — including vendor or travel-industry switchboards mistaken for house/operations lines — were explicitly downgraded or killed.
- Protected identities remained protected; phone data was not used to unmask survivors.
Identity and story firewalls
Two controls became non-negotiable as the campaign matured: a documentary phone role could not be silently promoted into a human handset user, and a high-scoring pattern could not become a published story until it survived falsification and source-native reconstruction.

The 094 closure gate
GROK 094 closed the original 135-story candidate universe: all 135 unique story IDs were adjudicated and none remained unprocessed. The final article map was frozen at nine article-level investigations: four ready-strong, three ready-qualified, and two developing. The run also records 114 corrected attributions.
That same closure report preserves the waste: 49 merged children, 42 background items, 24 dead/false signals, two downgraded items, and two hold/gap items. The forensic campaign did not treat every connection as a story.

Public-release rule
This page exposes the adjudicated architecture, not raw CDR tables. Future article pages from the nine-story map should publish only the minimum source-safe telecom detail needed to establish the claim, with account/subscriber/user distinctions intact.
