Visual Evidence Lane

How Grok Archive Hub handles incoming photos, screenshots, scans, exhibit images, visible-text captures, and visual-source batches before any item becomes a public receipt.

Safety disclaimer: This page explains the visual evidence lane. It is not a gallery, not a claim page, and not an identity-finding tool. A visual record can support presence, setting, object, document layout, or visible-text context. It does not prove motive, relationship depth, consent, knowledge, coordination, or conduct by itself.

Lane model

Raw files live in the vault. Public pages explain the evidence.

Raw visual files live in the vault. Public pages explain the evidence lane. Reading Room review queues decide what is safe and source-linked enough to become a future receipt card.

Reader Summary

files.grokarchivehub.com is the raw vault/storage layer. grokarchivehub.com is the reader/evidence layer. Raw visuals are not automatically public proof. Visuals must pass source, privacy, relevance, and context review before any item-level public receipt card is considered.

A visual can support narrow claims like presence, setting, object, document layout, visible text, or batch/source context. A visual cannot prove motive, relationship depth, hidden conduct, intent, consent, knowledge, or coordination by itself.

A raw image is not a receipt card. A future visual receipt must explain source path, extraction batch, visible content, privacy status, what the image shows, what it does not prove, related archive IDs, and open receipt slots.

What Visual Records Can Show

Presence

A visual may show a person, object, record, or scene appears within a visible frame, subject to privacy and identity-review limits.

Setting

A visual may show location context, public-facing event context, or visible surroundings without proving what happened there.

Object

A visual may show an object, document, device, exhibit, or visible record condition.

Document layout

Scans and screenshots can help readers understand page layout, columns, handwriting fields, stamps, footers, and surrounding context.

Visible text

Visible-text captures can support a source path or a narrow visible-text claim when the surrounding context is preserved.

Batch/source context

Visuals can preserve extraction batch, source path, duplicate grouping, near-duplicate grouping, and the visual condition of a record.

What Visual Records Do Not Prove

Visual Review Workflow

  1. Raw file lands in vaultThe vault stores incoming visual material without turning it into public proof.
  2. Privacy and safety reviewMinors, faces, addresses, phone numbers, emails, signatures, medical details, legal-sensitive material, and irrelevant personal data are flagged.
  3. Source path and batch context preservedThe review keeps the source path, extraction batch, and record context visible.
  4. Duplicates groupedDuplicates and near-duplicates are grouped before any public item-level use.
  5. Private data flaggedAny visible private data stays out of public explanation pages.
  6. Related archive IDs checkedVisual material is tied to existing archive/source routes only when supportable.
  7. Open receipt slots listedMissing source paths, unresolved privacy issues, and context gaps stay open.
  8. Only reviewed items become future cardsOnly safe, relevant, source-linked items may become future public visual receipt cards.

Future Visual Receipt Schema

No visual receipt ID is assigned until the item passes review.

Identity and source

Visual ID, source file/source record, source lane, raw vault path, extraction batch, source link.

Supported context

Date if source-supported, caption if source-supported, visible content summary, related archive IDs.

Caveat fields

What it shows, what it does not prove, privacy/redaction status, and open receipt slots.

Reading Room Review

Review happens before publication.

The visual review queue is a noindex workbench for sorting, safety review, duplicate checks, source-path checks, and future receipt-card decisions.

Research Spine

Keep visual evidence inside the source chain.
